Loose fill is a high performance-to-cost ratio form of void fill. Storopack offers a variety of loose fill protective packaging peanuts plus custom-designed loose fill packing systems.
PELASPAN PAC® is a readily flowable void fill available in three forms. Choose from our industry standard eps loose fill, 100% recycled Green Cross certified polystyrene loose fill, or anti-static loose fill. All are a clean, economical choice of protective packaging.
Storopack’s PELASPAN® BIO is biodegradable loose fill made from 100% renewable resources. It is an ASTM 6400 and EN 13432 certified 100% compostable loose fill. PELASPAN PAC® and PELASPAN® BIO can be delivered directly into your overhead flowable packaging system or in large bags.

As with all Storopack products, our goal is to find the optimal environmental approach with each of our packing materials. PELASPAN® PAC Loose-Fill is durable enough to be used over and over again and when it’s ready to be discarded it can be recycled at one of Storopack’s many participating recycling facilities or a local drop-off center that accepts EPS loose-fill for recycling.

PELASPAN® - REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE
Mostly made of 100 % post consumer and post industrial waste. PELASPAN® is produced without CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) or HCFCs (Hydrochlorofluorocarbons). Its light weight helps to save fuel during transport. PELASPAN® is fully recyclable as well as reusable. Disposal into established recycle circuits helps to increase reduction of virgin raw material use.
PELASPAN® BIO / Renature® - REDUCE, REUSE, RENEW
Made of renewable and fully biodegradable raw material. PELASPAN® BIO and Renature® are certified compostable according to the US ASTM D6400 (www.astm.org) and European EN 13432 (www.european-bioplastics.org) standards. Its light weight helps to save fuel during transport. PELASPAN® BIO and Renature® are fully compostable and can be disposed of in normal domestic or in bio waste.
